The short version. FORMO shows you an AI-generated estimate of how you might look after 12 weeks of training, and gives you a training and nutrition program. It is not medical advice, the image is not a prediction or a promise, and your results depend on what you actually do. You must be 18 or older.

1. What FORMO is

FORMO is a software product. It generates (a) an illustrative image estimating a possible physical outcome after roughly twelve weeks of consistent training and nutrition, and (b) a structured training and nutrition program generated from the answers you provide.

2. What FORMO is not

Not medical advice. We are not doctors, dietitians, physiotherapists or licensed health professionals. Nothing here diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any condition.
Not a prediction. The generated image is an artistic illustration produced by an AI model. It is not a forecast, measurement, or medical projection of your body, and it does not account for your genetics, health, medication, injuries or circumstances.
Not a guarantee. We make no promise of any specific weight, body-fat percentage, appearance or outcome. Individual results vary substantially and many people see little or no change.

3. Consult a doctor first

Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before starting any training or nutrition program, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, have or have had a cardiovascular condition, an eating disorder, diabetes, an injury, or any condition that exercise or dietary change could affect. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or shortness of breath. You take part entirely at your own risk.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. Do not upload a photograph of anyone other than yourself, and do not upload a photograph of a minor. We remove such content and terminate the accounts responsible.

5. Your photo

You upload it voluntarily and you confirm it is of you.
It is used to generate your estimate and for nothing else.
It is not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not used to train any model.
It is deleted within 30 days. Write to us and we delete it sooner.
It is transmitted to our image-generation provider solely to produce your result, under their processing terms.

6. Payment and cancellation

The introductory charge is taken at purchase. The subscription then renews at the stated price and interval until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund charges already taken except as set out below. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

7. Refunds

If the product is not what you expected, contact us within 30 days of your first charge and we will refund it.

8. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, obscene or infringing content; do not upload images of other people; do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the service; do not resell output as your own product.

9. Intellectual property

You keep the rights to the photo you upload. You receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use your generated image and program for your own non-commercial purposes. Generated images carry a watermark; removing it does not grant commercial rights.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that output will be accurate, realistic, uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any injury, health consequence, loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right — including any claim relating to a photograph you uploaded.

13. Privacy

We collect: your answers, your email if you provide one, your uploaded photo, and basic analytics. We use them to deliver the product and improve it. We do not sell personal information. Processors: Stripe (payments) and our image-generation provider. Write to us to access or delete your data.

14. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a revised date, and continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
